When reflecting on the year gone by, piecing together all the snippets of our creativity has felt cathartic. In a year of uncertainty and anxiety, creativity really did help. It brought us together, released tension and worries, created structure and most importantly; made us smile. It helped me parent during the times when I just wanted to run away or hide, and it also encouraged me to make time to reconnect with my own practice again.
